This set of 20 posters is great for reminding students of often-forgotten math principles! They are colorful and perfect for brightening up a bulletin board! Please take a look at the preview file for a visual overview of everything included. For a softer, more calming set of posters for your classroom, check out my watercolor-themed poster set.

This resource contains:

• 20 Colorful posters with 2 different variations

• "Invisible Math" banner with 4 different variations (including black & white)

20 Invisible Math Posters Include:

• Multiplication

• Division

• Every number has a denominator of one.

• A number without a sign in front is a positive.

• A number & variable written together implies multiplication.

• Every number has an exponent of one.

• Any number raised to the zero power equals one.

• A negative sign in front of an absolute value bracket is the same as multiplying by -1.

• Every variable has a coefficient of 1 in front.

• Two negative signs next to each other (means multiplication) will produce a positive answer.

• The distributive property allows you to multiply each term in parentheses by the number outside of it.

• Every square root has an index of 2.

• A variable raised to the -1 is the same as one over that variable.

• Every whole number has a decimal at the end.

• A number can’t be divided by zero.

• Adding a negative number is the same as subtracting that number.

• A negative sign in front of a radical is the same as multiplying by -1.

• Two minus/ negative signs is the same as one positive sign.

• The square root of a negative won’t produce a real number (it produces an imaginary number).

This resource is outstanding! I love how many versions there are in this! I have lining a wall, so I plan to use these on the cabinets! I know the students will love the reminders throughout the school year.

Students love having these in the room on the wall. they can go up and find the one they need to help solve problems. We introduced invisible Math to them when we started our section on the real number system.
