I used this in my classroom at the end of every week. This is helpful to inform students as well as parents of the assignments they did not turn in. When students do not turn in their homework for the week they would get this note on friday with the assignments they were missing. If they would turn in the assignments for by Monday, they would get half credit rather than no credit at all,
