Description
Choose your favorite recording sheet and laminate for each student. Have them record with erasable markers the multiple ways one can use to model addition. Requiring multiple ways to solve problems will increase their flexibility in thinking and deepen their understanding of addition of larger numbers!
***The first grade goal doesn't mention 2-digit by 2-digit addition, but those are the examples I provide. Do what your students need!***
Thank you!
