Description

Roll and Connect is a fun and engaging game to use for students to practice math skills and have fun competing against each other at the same time! Students play in pairs and try to cover 5 squares in a row with a marker or chip of their color. This game works great as a math center or as a fun way to practice with your whole class. Your kids will love blocking each other and trying to be the first to get 5 in a row!

The three sheets in this set increase in difficulty as follows:
•Sheet A: One-digit multipliers
•Sheet B: Two-digit numbers
•Sheet C: Two- and three-digit numbers

To play the game, students take turns rolling two dice and multiplying the numbers in the corresponding box. Players each use a different colored chip or a marker to cover the answer squares to the problems they roll. Since some numbers have a higher probability of being rolled, the answers to those problems are repeated more frequently on the game board. A recording sheet is also included for students to show their work.

Differentiation: Pair your students up by ability level. Start your students who need practice with 1-digit multipliers on sheet A. Your students who are ready for multiplying 2-digit numbers can start on sheet B. And your students who need a challenge can start on sheet C!

•3 Roll and Connect Game Boards
