This 22 question 5th grade multiple choice science test covers the respiratory system, circulatory system, and digestive systems as well as the various types of cells and a little bit about disease and illness. Most of the questions are about cells and which types of cells can do what (i.e. xylem, sieve tube, root hair, gamete etc.)
The final question is open and simply asks students what they find to be most interesting in the class and why so it does not have a multiple choice answer in the answer key.
