This lesson concentrates on Common Core Standard 4.NF.4.a.b: It is aligned to the common core standards, as well as the mathematical practices. (I Can Statement: I CAN apply my understanding of multiplication and sums of fractions to multiply a fraction by a whole number). It is designed to enhance conceptual development, critical thinking, and problem solving skills.

Included:

**23 PowerPoint Slides (Custom Made Chalkboard Theme) Great for classes that have a projector. This visual presentation is an excellent tool for all learners!!! I use it as a supplemental tool with my lesson.

**1 I CAN POSTER (Essential Understanding and Matching Character)
