I really liked this resource but I think it was a bit much for the age group that I used in. I modified the lab report sheet to indicate how they felt from 1-10. 1 being no stress or pain to 10 being more pain or stress in the stretch. I will try this lab again with an older group of students instead.

Kids enjoyed activities. I was able to modify it easily to fit my time-frame, as well as stretches that could be done with minimal space and appropriateness.
