The purpose of this set is to establish / practice / strengthen / review the correlation between the quantity (being expressed in multiple ways (groups of objects, tally marks, amount on the ten frame or dice) - numerals that represent it and the Number Word that stands for it, practicing these number words as sight words as well.
This set contains 15 different types of number word / counting activities to make your practice diverse, enjoyable and never boring! Please feel free to mix and match them according to your needs and to your liking!
- Counting and coloring as many objects as the number word says
- Counting and choosing the group of objects that corresponds to the number word (objects, ten frames, tally marks, dice)
- Counting and finding (matching) the corresponding number word
- Counting and coloring as many objects out of the given 10 as the number word says
- Counting and choosing the correct number word
