Description
This set of 6th grade math binder notes provides an organized set of notes and practice problems for solving one-step equations involving rational numbers. On the front side, there is an organized set of problems separated by equations involving decimals verses equations involving fractions. Furthermore, there is one equation for each of the four operations. I intentionally left plenty of space for these 8 problems, so students can write additional reminders how to solve and when a common denominator is needed, etc. The back side includes 12 additional practice problems for further guided instruction or independent practice.
There are two options- option 1 includes whole numbers and option 2 includes integers.
Note: The purpose of this assignment is to organize the different types of practice problems and does not include any of the "extras" in the way of notes or definitions.
These notes work great during guided instruction, small groups, reteaching, or review before an assessment.
