Description

Get ready for Halloween this season by simplifying rational expressions! After simplifying each expression, find the answer that indicates which feature to draw on Frankenstein. There are 12 expressions which include addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. This activity is fun and different, and certainly appeals to my artistic students who don't always get to demonstrate their artsy abilities in math class! This can be used as a reinforcement activity, homework assignment or fun assessment quiz! My students love these, and I let them color for bonus points! They make great decorations to hang in the hall and around the room!

I used this with my 7th graders.
