My students enjoyed the virtual activity and always like watching the amoeba sisters! They were able to get a good idea of what PCR is with machines we don't have access too. We then were able to run a simple lab that simulated it in person as well!

My students were struggling with PCR. We were getting ready to do a HUGE lab that included PCR and electrophoresis. I wanted them to truly understand what we were doing and what was happening. This resource helped tremendously!

I used this with both my Biology and my Forensic Science Classes. They loved it and to see what I was talking about in a simulation since we can't actually do it. For my biology students, it helped them to understand the content.
