This table will help you organize your parent and student roster at the beginning of the year. It includes the student's name, parent phone numbers, parent emails, and how they will go home. You can print it out for Meet the Teacher Night for parents to fill out or you can keep it in your substitute binder. I keep mine handy whenever I am doing anything where I need to see a list of all students. This is editable, so you can add more columns on the side for other things such as if students turned their books in, did their small group test, or turned in a parent permission slip.
