I started teaching during COVID in-person and online in a blended prekindergarten and kindergarten classroom. Now I am in my 4th year of teaching kindergarten and I wouldn't want to do anything else. Kindergarten is where my heart is.
I created this ST Math Bulletin for my students to have a visual in the classroom of their progress on ST Math. They wrote their own name next to their penguin and they had to reach 100% on the mountain by the end of the year. You can print out as many penguins as you need. The second page is the title of the bulletin board.
I wanted to make these with little less crazy colors and a little icon to show a holiday or theme of the month. I am going to print my students faces and stick them inside the balloon with the number below it. If you want access to the last pages to edit, send me your email in order to get access. It is on canva. I made the balloons one page each on Canva, so they will be bigger if you want to edit, you can.
I only use voice levels 0-2, but if you would like a 3rd, I can make one. Just let me know in the comments. I am also changing my theme this year to mushroom fairy garden, so if you would like to follow, I will make more files later.
I use this Google Excels Sheet to show my students a visual of their online technology learning goals. My last school had Imagine Learning & Math and they had to reach a certain amount of hours by the end of the year. I let each student choose their sticker to place in the box whenever they reached a certain amount of hours on each learning website during center time. This is editable, so you can customize their names, stickers, and even change the columns to fit your school's online learning
This table will help you organize your parent and student roster at the beginning of the year. It includes the student's name, parent phone numbers, parent emails, and how they will go home. You can print it out for Meet the Teacher Night for parents to fill out or you can keep it in your substitute binder. I keep mine handy whenever I am doing anything where I need to see a list of all students. This is editable, so you can add more columns on the side for other things such as if students turne
My class revolves around class coupons and it keeps their behavior positive. These class coupons are the ones I use. If you would like me to make some more, I can add it for you. I do not give treasure box rewards, but simply class opportunities to do something fun.
This is a small groups tracker that I used to keep track of the students who needed to be seen x1, x2, x3, x4 times a week. I wanted to show proof during PLC that I or someone else was seeing them during these times each week. You can edit the Word Document to add your student's names, times of day you or someone else is seeing them for small group time.
I hole punch these and laminate them to keep in their own individual math boxes, so when we are doing math stations, they can take them out and work on their own game by themselves or with a partner.
I use this to motivate my students into getting our class growth up on Dreambox.
