Pattern Blocks. Especially useful for teachers using the Trailblazers curriculum. This allows for students to show to the class how they arranged their manipulatives and share it on the SMARTBoard with others. I use the questions in Trailblazers while keeping this open on the SMARTBoard as we go over the problems as a class.
