Description

Help students develop their ability to continue and create patterns with these three engaging math centers.

1) What's Missing - Students read the pattern and clip the picture that is missing from the pattern

2) Continue the Pattern - Students read the pattern and continue the pattern using coloured blocks. Alternatively they can continue the pattern using dough or coloured markers

3) Pattern Caterpillars - Students pick a mat and create their own patterns using whatever materials they like e.g markers, counters, blocks, teddies e.t.c

A visual instruction sheet is included for each activity.
