Are you looking for a patterning activity that fully ENGAGES students and encourages PROBLEM SOLVING? This is for you!

Print, laminate, and cut to your liking each patterning card included in the packet. The types of patterning students will be practicing are AB, AAB, ABB, and ABC. Students will pattern using colors, shapes, and letters.

'What's Missing?' is also included! There are patterning cards that are missing one or two pieces for it to be complete. This forces students to ANALYZE these patterns, PROBLEM SOLVING what is missing! These cards tend to be favorites!

Use these in your guided math stations, small group instruction, one-on-one, or partner work. These are a great resource and I hope you enjoy them and that they are beneficial to your students!
