I firmly believe that there's more to grading than just correct or incorrect answers. What if a student shows all their work? Shouldn't they get credit? What is they participate throughout your lesson? Shouldn't they get credit with that too?
After 30 years in this amazing career I firmly believe this is the correct way to assess students in a fair manner, while still showing how they're progressing in math.
