I use Spalding Phonograms to teach my first graders to read, spell and write! They are an absolute life saver! I use these cards in my room to build a phonogram wall and as flashcards to flip through. Each time I introduce a phonogram to the kids we place this card on the board, learn the saying, then brainstorm words that include this phonogram!
