⭐Math Skills Required to Unlock Clues⭐

Students must use their math skills to unlock clues. Then, use their powers of deduction to narrow down the list of locations to find the treasure.

There are five clues to crack to solve the mystery:

Clue 1: Place Value Models (tens and ones)
Clue 2: Value of the Underlined Digit (2-digit numbers only)
Clue 3: Comparing Numbers (Circle the greater number) 2-digit and 3-digit numbers
Clue 4: Ordering Numbers less than 100 (ascending order)
Clue 5: Convert from expanded form (tens + ones)

Students must use critical thinking skills to determine what the clue tells them to eliminate from the list of possibilities.

How long will this activity take?
