Description

We love task cards!

Place value is often the first skill taught in the school year, and can be difficult for students to master. Task cards are a great way to practice because they can be used in so many ways! They are ideal for math rotations or centers, as test prep and review, as individual work or in small groups or partners. Task cards are also perfect for a variety of games and activities, such as relays, scoot or our classroom favorite, quiz-quiz-trade.

This set of cards includes 24 task cards, that include writing numbers in standard form, expanded form, and written or word form. Also included is the ever-important answer key, and student answer sheet.

These cards are CCSS aligned - 4.NBT.A.2 Read and write whole numbers.
