Rounding can be difficult for students to master, and task cards are a great way to practice! Task cards can be used in so many ways! They are ideal for math rotations or centers, as test prep and review, as individual work or in small groups or partners. Task cards are also perfect for a variety of games and activities, such as relays, scoot or our classroom favorite, quiz-quiz-trade. We love task cards!
This set of cards includes 24 task cards, that begin with students rounding to the nearest 10, up to the nearest 100,000. Also included is the ever-important answer key, and student answer sheet.
These cards are CCSS aligned - 4.NBT.A.3 Use place value understanding to round multi-digit whole numbers to any place.
