Students can practice learning the Preamble to the Constitution and reading or writing cursive at the same time! The Preamble comes written in two ways: first, with the original spellings and capitalization and second with modern spellings and capitalization. This writing packet also has the Preamble in three font sizes for differentiation. Blank pages are included for additional practice.

It is important that students can read the Founding Documents in cursive as originally written.

The opening paragraphs of the Declaration of Independence are also available.
