This item includes several student pages for strengthening early math skills using TEN FRAMES as a tool for thinking. Blackline copies of student practice sheets and game cards focus on:
- Number Sense
- Addition (Sums to 10)
- Subtraction (Differences from 10)
- Fact Families
- Problem Solving (Word Problems for Math Journals)
This item also includes 3 simple sets of the game "I Have...Who Has," in which children play together, listening to clues, practicing mental math, and solving equations.
These materials are standards-based and work well in whole groups, small groups, math journals, and/or math centers. The practice sheets can also be used as formative assessments or as homework, supporting learners further at home.
