This activity structures a students retelling of a story. Students have to share about the setting, characters, the problem, and the events of the story in sequence. This can be used for a group book study or individually to help students develop their comprehension and recall of story events.

Two versions of this activity are included. The second version has no lines to allow learners to draw their understandings instead. This allows the activity to be completed by learners with different learning needs.
