Introduction to Rhythm Notes, Composition & Performance Project: 4 Lesson Bundle!

This is a fun, fully guided 4 lesson bundle exploring playing percussion instruments and simple composing using the basic rhythm notes of TA, TI-TI, REST, TIKA-TIKA. It culminates in a short performance assessment and a marking criteria (informed by the SCSA Judging Standards) is provided.

Each lesson begins with a fun warm up dance or drama game

All lessons are fully guided by the PowerPoints and requires very little prep from you! Just open it up and you are away!!

This project was designed for my Year 1 students, but could be easily adapted to suit PP to Year 3 students.
