Description
One of my favorite activities for team building at the beginning of a semester and to introduce computer programming to my engineering students.
In this activity, students work with a partner to simulate communication between Mission Control on Earth to a Mars Rover. Students use a list of commands to write pseudocode then read those commands as they compete against their classmates in a timed simulation!
Great for team building, communication, and an introduction to computer programming -- great for those kinesthetic learners as well!
