Let's make some groundhog shadows for Groundhog Day! This is a fun STEM activity that I created for my students to do on or around February 2nd. Can your team create the longest shadow for your groundhog?

This was a really awesome resource that went great with our measurement and light and shadow units (that happened to be at the beginning of Feb. too). The kids needed a little more help than I anticipated, but it was awesome being able to walk through a stem activity that tied things together so nicely!
