These were created to be used to create the daily shape pattern during the morning meeting. (Grade 2) I have laminated mine, added magnets, and hang them on my white board every morning in the day's pattern. The blocks can also be used to match the shape with the shape name as well as demonstrate how the shapes relate to one another. While the shapes and colours used were intended to replicate the manipulatives used in the Saxon curriculum, additional shapes were added.
