This is the fourth lesson in the Self Awareness series. It dives a bit deeper into modifying behavior with recognizing thoughts. If we are aware of the thoughts we tell ourselves and what is healthy and what is not healthy then we can modify that behavior by modifying the thought. This lesson mainly focuses on the categories of thoughts that are harmful such as "all or none" thinking.
