Lessen the time for behavioral issues, and maximize student self-reflection. This is not just your ordinary behavior chart! This is a simple tool that allows students to reflect on different parts of the day. Rather than a point or scale system, this focuses on the child and his/her self-reflective process for choices made throughout the day.

This "self-check" system allows students to mark on the continuum (similar to a number line), how he/she thinks he/she did during a particular block of time. It's a quick visual for students and parents to be able to see where there were blocks that were positive, and areas where the child may have struggled.

I have included a few different versions, for you to change the "look" of the form to meet your own classroom/student needs!
