This is a great way to consolidate feedback for students for a short response writing assignment. It incudes the "RACE". This is a strategy that is used in the classroom to help students organize their thoughts when constructing a short response to a text.

R-Restate question

A- Answer question

C- Cite evidence

E- Explain answer and how evidence supports your answer

These sheets also include a section where additional notes can be added. The quarter sheet makes it so that it can be stapled onto a students paper and get more bang for your buck
