Included is a 5 day activity on simple interest. Students will be determining if they can afford their monthly expenses given a certain career. This is a great real world activity that has students calculating their own paystub and determining what they can afford. In addition, students will be buying a car and a house. Lastly, students will learn that simple interest can also be earned by having a savings account.
