This set of 12 cards is designed to be printed onto 3 by 5 inch index cards. Use these cards in any class to easily assess your students. Find out if they understand a concept or if they don't get it. Know if they are ready to share or if they need more time to think. I also included ABCD cards for multiple choice responses. Each student could have their own set OR you could just have a class set. Laminate them so you can get years of use. You may also decide to put them onto popsicle stic

This is a "Lesson" students must write if they are talking in class when instructed not to, BUT they choose to continue. This can be customized to fit your individual classroom. This is a 2-per page layout. But you may have to adjust your margins to be sure the 2 lessons are completely on 1 page. The teacher dictates how many times the student will need to copy the lesson. Words that you may print out to use for a bulletin board or class display in which you wish to hang a mirror and have these words around it. These words represent what "the student" is responsible for. When they look in the mirror, they see who is responsible for their ACTIONS, MOOD, THOUGHTS, etc. 13 pages. Most have 2 words per page. 1 page has 3 words 2 pages have 1 word

Use these A-B-C-D cards for multiple choice questions you present to the class. Each student could have their own set or you can print them and have them for class sets. Print these on different color card stock. Each letter could be on a different color. This would make each letter distinguishable even if a student holds it up backwards or has it laid on their desk up-side down by mistake. You can also laminate them, cut them out and glue them on popsicle sticks. Fully editable in MS Word

I created this log/tracker form to keep up with the "Talking Lessons" I assign. I keep this in a notebook or binder so I can easily access it if and when needed.

Use this graphic organizer to help solve word problems in math. It can be changed for use in other subjects as well.

With this layout, you can easily get a visual of how you should be progressing through a quarter. I created it because I teach grades 6, 7 and 8 on a daily basis. This helped me to visually see where I should be with each grade level during each week of the quarter. This is fully editable in Microsoft Word. You can add or delete columns as you need. This can be used for any subject. It is not limited to Math.
