I think teaching the Six Traits for writing is awesome! However, I struggled finding a set of classroom signs/posters that I liked. So, I created my own set of posters. I also made a "mini-set" of the same posters so I could put them in the hands of students. The mini-set would be a great addition to a writing journal, notebook, or binder. They could even be added to individual student writing desks. We printed the posters for all the classrooms at our school. These posters list the questions students should use for each trait when editing/revising their writings.
