Description
The purpose of Montessori Small Number Cards is to help children understand and read numbers from 1 to 9,999 by breaking them down into units, tens, hundreds, and thousands, fostering an understanding of the decimal system and place value.
This material is used for the Montessori Bank Game and Collective Exercises, and it includes a complete set of large number cards.
The complete set is color-coded according to the Montessori math hierarchy.
- 1 to 9 units (green)
- 1 ten to 9 tens (blue)
- 1 hundred to 9 hundred (red)
- 1 thousand to 9 thousand (green)
The unit card is approx. ¾" x 1", the thousand card is approx. ¾" x 3".
