Solving Multi-Step Linear Equations Pyramid Stack

Description

Pyramid Stack activities are like a puzzle. Students will determine the answers to each of the problem cards and then stack the cards into a pyramid. The answer of each "block" in the pyramid will be the sum of the two "blocks" below it.

This activity focuses on TEK A.5A - Solving multi-step linear equations which include applying the distributive property.

Problems include:

  • Solving multi-step equations with distribution

Included in your download is the assignable Student Copy made in Google Slides and an editable Teacher's Version. In the Teacher's Version, you will have a copy of the Key as well as editable slides and instructions on how to edit the assignment and make it your own.
