Description

I originally created these data sheets when my school district began implementing the Charlotte Danielson Framework for Teaching. This model requires you to submit artifacts to prove that you are meeting the standards for each domain of the model. Though I take data on a regular basis, I did not have a well-organized means of collecting data for each student’s individual goals that was easy to keep track of. Creating these individualized data sheets allows me to keep all of my data in one place, it’s quick and easy to collect, and interpretation is easy. These data sheets were created for my specific caseload, so it is not exactly a comprehensive means of collecting data for all different types of goals. However, I am more than happy to create custom data sheets free of charge after the purchase of this document. This document includes data sheets for the following objectives:

Articulation
Pronouns
S blends Comparatives and Superlatives
L blends Signing Vocabulary
Vowel production Oral Postures
Following Directions with Basic Concepts
Regular and Irregular Plural Nouns
Regular and Irregular Past Tense Verbs
Expressive Use of Concepts Possessive Pronouns
Categories
Turn Taking in Conversation
Mean Length of Utterance Inferencing and Predicting
Auditory Comprehension
Articles
Answering WH Questions Similarities and Differences
