Starting at the top students tap out and/or read the word, then move to the next word on the image outline. With each consecutive word, one letter changes. Sometimes the end, sometimes the beginning and on one page, the middle sounds.

There are two pages for each (short) vowel; one with real words, another with nonsense words.

Print, Laminate or place in a sheet protector and have your students warm up before small group or practice with one another during centers or even for morning work!
