Celebrate Spring or Easter with your class with these fun pattern block puzzles!

Pattern blocks are excellent manipulatives for introducing kids to geometry and shapes as well as strengthening their spatial reasoning skills.

This packet includes 9 engaging pattern block puzzles centered around Spring and Easter! Kids can use pattern block manipulatives, stickers, or stencils to complete them.

Color and B&W versions of each puzzle are included. Also, an “answer key” is available for each puzzle, which shows “guiding lines” of where the pattern blocks will fit (***The "guiding line" puzzles are now available in both color and B&W***).

Embedded within each puzzle page is a recording and response box that can be used for assessment.

In this packet you will also find Pattern Block Cut-out templates and a Pattern Block Graphing Sheet for more math fun!

Perfect for whole class lessons, math centers, independent work, partner work, homework, or as take-home activities.

Laminating or Sheet Protectors are recommended for the color versions.

My students really enjoyed figuring out which shapes they needed to create each picture. I loved that there was a version with a visual to help students who struggled being able to see which shapes they needed on their own.

We put the pictures together first with the guide lines and then they would try without them. I used a magnet board after gluing magnet tape on the backs.
