This is a fun, engaging spring math activity that gives students practice showing a number in multiple ways. It allows for the perfect demonstration of their true understanding of how numbers work together. This packet includes all the supplies students will need to represent their number on a colorful flower pot, using CC standards in the "Operations and Algebraic Thinking" as well as "Numbers & Operations Strands". It's a fun, hands on activity that emphasizes fine motor skills as well as number concepts, and is a perfect avenue for opportunities to differentiate instruction to accommodate multiple student abilities. Students roll die, come up with their "mystery number" and represent it in multiple ways in a visually appealing and fun craft.
