100s chart game: (Differentiated 3 levels) Level 1: 10 more/ Level 2: 10 more or 1 more/ Level 3 10 more or 10 less.
Buggy Spin & Graph/Tally (2 activities): Spin the Spinner and Color ONE box for each Spring Bug picture you spin/Mark 1 Tally in each box for the Spring Bug you spin
Bee Stinging 7s: Addition dice 7s: Roll 2 dice and count the total. Cross out that number in the top row. If it is already crossed out on the top row, move down to the next row.
Keep playing until one person has crossed out the numbers 2 – 12 in the first row without crossing out all seven 7s. If a player covers all seven 7s before crossing out 2 – 12, the game is over.
Insect Tracing Racing AdditionSpin both Spinners; Say the first number and then count on the number of spots on the dice (total together); Trace that number on your gameboard; If that number is already traced, your turn is over; First person to complete their board wins
Insect Roll & Cover: Differentiated: Coin Value-2 activities including Bump: Activity 1: Spin the Spinner; Cover/Color 1 space with that amount
Activity 2: Each child takes 10 cubes or markers of one color. His/her partner should have a different color. The first child spins the spinner and puts a cube on that number. If another player’s marker is on that number BUMP it off. If your marker is on that number, link the cubes together and it freezes that spot. The winner is the player that uses all of his/her markers first!
10 more 10 less (Differentiated): Pick 1 card; Find it on the recording sheet; Write in 10 more & 10 less; And 1 more 1 less (other sheet is only 10 more 10 less)
Sneaky Snail Place Value: Match the snail card with 10s/1s to the card with the number; Complete the Recording Sheet to check for mastery.
Ladybug Pattern Blocks: Spin The Spinner; Pick out that pattern block and place on a hexagon spot; Once a block is laid, it cannot be moved; Continue until all 6 of the hexagons are filled; If playing in partners, first person to fill their hexagons is the winner; Color in the matching recording sheet to look just like your gameboard
