"I am teaching K for the first time and it was eye opening how very few actually recognized their numbers 1-10 to mastery! This is a fun resource that helps my K kiddos work on this valuable skill. There are also other levels for older students as well. "

Description

Practice addition, subtraction, multiplication and division with these fun spring / summer bugs and animals color by number mystery pictures. This activity is perfect for math centers, morning work, early finishers, substitutes or homework.

The 6 unique mystery picture characters in this product are: butterfly, ladybug, caterpillar, rabbit, bird and bee.

Each mystery picture character has 7 different worksheets that vary in difficulty which makes them great for differentiated math centers. The first and easiest type is a number match. Students must color each square the correct color based on the rules in the color key. The numbers from 1 to 10 are covered.

The next five types are addition from 1 to 10, subtraction from 1 to 10, multiplication from 1 to 10, division from 1 to 20, and addition and subtraction of three numbers from 1 to 10.

The final type has a blank question section so you can create any math questions that you like. This will allow you to customize this activity to exactly what you are working on with your students. All you have to do is ensure that the answers to the questions you create match the provided answer keys.

A full color answer page is included.
