Looking for fun and engaging math craft activities to practice addition through 20, and increase math fluency for the months of February, March or April? These Flower Pot Missing Addend to Twenty crafts feautring adorable clip art of a ladybud and butterfly are just what you are looking for!
Students will color and cut out their flower pot (one ladybug and one butterfly). They will solve the missing addend through 20 problems on the flowers (8 problems per student on a half sheet of paper per student), then glue the flowers onto the flower pot. Simple, cute, no prep, and an adorable bulletin board display! You will also receive a number bond mat, as well as a double ten frame mat. These work great to place in plastic sleeves and use with dry erase markers, or manipulatives for students to solve the equations. You can pair the mats with dice or cards (cards with numbers 0-20 are included) for another math center that can be used again and again! This resource would make an excellent Fun Friday activity, fast finisher activity, math center, or simple review of missing addends and addition through twenty.
