Description

This is a weather themed addition/counting on activity. I use this as a Center in my Kindergarten Class.

To Make: Cut out the clouds and lightning bolts. Laminate everything. I put magnets on the back of my lightning bolts and then taped the clouds to the side of my filing cabinet. You could also glue clouds to a large 12 x 18 piece of blue construction paper and laminate that for a mat to match the lightning bolts to.

To Play: Students add the number and dots on the cloud and then match the lightning bolt with the answer to the cloud. I teach my students to identify the number and count on using the dots. Isn’t it nice to have options!
