Description

No prep! Just print and hang. This activity has students up and moving as they solve square root and cube root problems. Students love these! There are 15 problems asking students to find the square root of a perfect square or a cube root of a perfect cube.

How it works:

Students

  • find a square root of a perfect square or cube root of a perfect cube at the bottom of a page
  • then HUNT for the answer at the top of another page
  • once found, they record the letter on the page answer the question at the bottom of that page
  • continue until they are back to the page they started

A student recording sheet is included and an answer key allows you to check their work quickly and easily. It helps when students are stuck on a question because you can point out which letter they need to go back to and check.

I hope you and your students love this activity! This is part of the Square Roots and Cube Roots Bundle.
