Description
My main goal in creating this resource was to increase student self-monitoring and parent involvement/awareness. I hope that it is helpful to you.
The documents are meant to be kept in a binder that gets updated with the previous week's work and scores and sent home weekly for parents to sign.
Goal sheets can be used as often as you see fit.
The graph sheets can chart all skills learning or just the most important to you. You could use a bar graph or line plot. The graphs come for both percent and 1-4 grading systems as well as a blank graph for any other data with non-traditional scales.
