"Awesome resource and was super easy to integrate into the classroom with my grade 6/7 combined class."

Description
I use this as part of the training for Student Leadership. This activity promotes teamwork, creative problem solving, and helps build coherence for the group to work together during the year. Watch for student's individual strengths and take notes. At the end of the activity, identify the group's "passions" and "strenghts" - so they can see "WHO THEY ARE" as a group of leaders. Learning to work with each other and use others strengths is part of the intended process.
