These 24 subtraction error analysis task cards and Google Slides™ to help your students think critically about subtraction. Each card includes 2 student answers that your students need to "grade" and determine which answer is incorrect and explain why it is incorrect.

See if your students understand subtraction well enough to look for others' mistakes. After getting into the habitat of looking for mistakes, hopefully students will learn the importance of double checking their own work.
