Finish The Pattern | Summer Theme Activities | Math Center:

This summer-themed math activity focuses on continuing and completing different patterns. It teaches students how to identify a sequence and continue it using different beach-themed items. There are #10 different items and the patterns range from easy to more difficult to identify and follow. There are a total of #141 different patterns for your students to complete. This is a great independent math activity to use during small groups.

I would print and laminate this activity for better durability and then store the remaining pieces you cut out in a container of some sort so they don’t get lost after you cut them out. I also put a velcro dot on the back of each beach-themed item as well as in the middle of each empty square to make completing the patterns easier.
