Description

Giving students more reps with each syllable type can lead to better decoding, fluency, and comprehension of continuous text. This activity contains pages for each syllable type, a chart to record progress, and tips and information regarding each syllable type. It's not the most glamorous activity in the world, but sometimes it's just what they need to make progress!

This resource contains:

-Directions for using the pages included

-1 chart to record scores/progress

-Information and tips for every syllable type (Open, Closed, Vowel Consonant -e (silent e), Vowel Team, R-Controlled, Consonant -le, and Final Consistent (schwa)

-2-4 pages of drills for each syllable type
